Weekly Weigh-In

164 Pounds (74.38 kilograms)

After one week of no sugar, pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, caffeine or alcohol I have lost 1.34 pounds (.6 kilograms).

One day at a time. . .

I read today that to lose a pound, you need burn 3500 calories, 1.34 pounds is an achievement if you think of it that way!! I’m doing this new year exercise/diet thing too, so I’m looking for anything positive….
