Josh Ritter on Letterman
Posted on January 9, 2007 @ 10:48 pm

Josh Ritter, (who I have been listening to for a couple of years now and I think is the bees knees) is the musical guest on Letterman this Friday.

So if you: 1. Dig folky singer song writers. 2. Are at home this Friday evening. 3. Live in a country where you can get Letterman give him a watch.

Or just check out his music. You won’t be sorry.

Colm Says:

Ah! Josh Ritter is finally making it in the US. Interestingly, he only made the big time when he went to Ireland. Much like David Grey before him, his rise to eminence happened in a country particularly fond of singer-songwriters.

Monster Ballads is the best song ever.

I didn’t realise he was big in Ireland! I think I found him through my friend Doug who also turned me onto Josh Rouse.

It was either that or one of my drunken nights of shopping on iTunes.
